I would have given a 4 star rating, but based on my experience, I would say that this hospital gives wrong diagnosis in other to get money from patients using HMO. I went to the hospital and the attendant lied that I was not qualified to use their facility and they sent me to another hospital. I checked with my HMO provider and I was eligible, and that was when they changed the narrative that it was a network failure. I told the attendant that it was my wife who needed medical attention and without seeing my wife the next thing she said was oga HMO does not cover covid oh, I said "no problem". After attending to my wife, she was told she had covid and the HMO wasn't going to cover any test or treatment for covid. We were made to pay an Additional 68,000 NGN. It turned out that was a wrong diagnosis because my wife didn't have covid, when I took her to another facility for a proper test. Be careful when you choose to use Arubah Family Medical Centre if you're using any health insurance.
